Rowen William Lee Shriver, 17 month old infant son of Hope Shriver, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 18, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. He was born April 26, 2016 in Peoria. Survivors include his mother of Peoria. Cremation rites have been accorded. A celebration of Rowen’s life will be Saturday, Oct. 28, 2017 at 3 p.m. at the Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria. A visitation will be one hour prior to the services.
