Thelma Mae Rennie

She was born to Claude and Beatrice (Halloway) Macklin on December 20, 1928 in Fairfield Iowa. They preceded her in death.

Thelma married the love of her life, William J. Rennie Sr. on July 5, 1947 in Peoria, IL. He preceded her in death.

She is survived by her children, Michael (Nancy) Rennie, and Deborah (Mark) Wiley. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 2 great great-grandchildren, daughter-in-law, Jeri Rennie and son-in-law, Sonny Allen.

She was preceded in death by her son Bill, daughter Sherry, four siblings and a daughter-in-law Debra Rennie.

Thelma worked for over 20 years at Bemis Bag Company. When she retired she became a nanny for over 15 years for a local family. When she was younger she loved dancing and making ceramics but most knew her by her bell collection. Thelma was loved by all who knew her.

A visitation will be held from 11:00-12:00 Saturday, September 15, 2018 at Davison Fulton Woodland Chapel in Peoria, IL.

Burial will follow at Parkview Cemetery in Peoria.
