

John A. Hoste, 40, of Perrysburg, Ohio, passed away on November, 26, 2011 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born on June 30, 1971 in Willoughby, Ohio to John A. Hoste and Louise A. Jackson. He married Michelle Monhollen on November 12, 1994 in Toledo, Ohio, who he met in Saudi Arabia during Operation Desert Storm where they were both serving in the United States Army.
John was an active member of the Garden Park Christian Church, where he ran the soundboards for services. He was also an avid spinning instructor at the YMCA. One of John’s accomplishments included a mission trip to Guatemala where he participated in Operation Walk which provided orthopedic surgery to those in need. He enjoyed watching the Cleveland Browns and OSU football. He loved watching his children participate in sports. He worked for OsteoSolutions and Smith and Nephew for over 15 years as an Orthopedic Sales Representative.
He is survived by his loving wife, Michelle Hoste; children, Maddisan, Benjamin and Abbigail Hoste; birth mother, Louise and parents, John and Joyce Hoste; step-sister, Susanne (Robin) Hamblin and mother-in-law, Penny Dalton.
Friends and family will be received on Thursday, December, 1, 2011 from 2-9 P.M. at the Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 222 E.S. Boundary St., Perrysburg, Ohio (419-874-3133) where funeral services will be held on December 2, 2011 at 10:30 A.M. with Pastor Greg Stratton. Burial will follow at Historic Woodlawn Cemetery. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider Hospice of Northwest Ohio and Garden Park Church.
