Stanley J. Rossbach

Stanley J. “Buck” Rossbach, 87, of Perrysburg died Sunday, March 17, 2013 in Hospice of Northwest, Ohio after a brief illness. He was born in Perrysburg on August 30,1925 to Joseph and Lulu (Bayer) Rossbach and married Sharon G. Hicks on June 5, 1971 in Perrysburg

Buck attended Bexley High School in Columbus and served in the United States Merchant Marines in W.W. 11. He had many interests in art and showed at the May Show at the Toledo Museum of Art. He worked at Unistrut Toledo and retired as the Treasurer in 2002. He was a member of St. Rose Catholic Church, Perrysburg.

Surviving are his wife Sharon, brother John Rossbach of Carlsbad, CA., nieces Rosenda PierGeorge and Dana Bach. He was preceded in death by his parents brother Joseph and sister Georgia Moreo.

Friends will be received at the Witzler-Shank Funeral Home 222 E.S. Boundary, Perrysburg (419-874-3133) from 2:00 P.M. till 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday March 20, 2013 with a scripture service at 7:00 P.M.. Prayers will be in the funeral home at 9:45 A.M. on Thursday, March 21, followed by the funeral mass at 10:30 in St. Rose Catholic Church, Perrysburg. Burial will be at New Belleville Ridge Cemetery.
