ELLIS: J. Alice (nee Outterson) - Long-time member of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church. Past Noble Grand, Rebekah Lodge #248. Resident of Campbellford Memorial Multicare Lodge. Retired from housekeeping department at Campbellford Memorial Hospital. Great cook, proud Scot and happy Great-Great-Grandma. - Peacefully, with her family at her side, at Campbellford Memorial Hospital, on Monday, April 13, 2015, in her 92nd year. Alice, beloved daughter of the late David and Mary Outterson, and wife of the late Roy Ellis (d.1979). Loving mother of John Ellis (Deborah), Heather Russell (late Ed) of Cranbrook B.C., Barbara Wannamaker (Garnet), David Ellis, Nancy Collins (Denis), and Sandra Post (William) of Cranbrook B.C. Dear Grandmother of Tammy Nicholas, Garry Wannamaker, Matthew Ellis, Amanda Ellis, Jonathan Ellis, Susan Russell, Jason Ellis, David Ellis Jr., Adria Ellis, Joel Post, Dustin Post, Jessica Bolivar and Sarah Howe. Proud Great-grandmother of nine and Great-Great grandmother of four. Dear sister of the late Isabella McMaster (late Gale) and Helen "Nell" Cook (late Wilfred). Alice will be remembered by many nieces & nephews in Canada and a number of cousins in Britain and Austrailia. Pre-deceased by one cousin from Canada, David Lamb.

A Celebration of Alice's life will be held at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, 17 Ranney St. South, Campbellford, on Friday, April 17th at 2 p.m. Visitation at the church from 12 noon. Reverend Blaine Dunnett officiating.
