

Tony was born on April 3, 1963, to Edith Constance and Michael Lloyd Perkins.
Tony is survived by his wife of 38 years Laurie Perkins and his sons Richard (Lori), Ian and his daughter Lyndsie (Jordan), his grandsons Jaxson & Maverick and Talon & Max as well as his sister Susan (Bob).
Tony attended Pickering High School and was employed by Metro Ont. Inc (formerly A&P) since 1980 and enjoyed his work for the past 43 years.
Tony enjoyed performing music, singing and playing guitar to bring joy to everyone within ear’s reach both acoustically for family & friends and with his band “The Pub Crawlers”. Tony was also an avid hockey fan and was a faithful supporter of the Montreal Canadiens his entire life.
He is preceded in death by his parents Michael and Edith Perkins, his brother Geoffrey Perkins, as well as many friends and relatives.
There will be no burial or funeral proceedings, rather there will be a Celebration of Life to commemorate Tony. As per Tony’s wish, he has been Aquamated and the remains are in the care of his immediate family.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday September 21st from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Collingwood Legion for those who wish to pay their respects and honour the memory of Tony.
