Arthur Edward Cawker

Beloved husband of Carroll A Cawker (nee King). Died after a lengthy illness in his 85th year on Wednesday, May 11, 2016. A loving Father to Cheryl Cawker Clarke (David), Peterborough and Bryan Cawker, Kitchener-Waterloo. Dear Grandfather to his loving Grandchildren, Dylan and Rachel, Kitchener-Waterloo; Kevin, Julie and pre deceased by Graham, Peterborough. Dearly loved brother of Alan Cawker (Eleanor), and Grant Cawker (Merna), Oshawa. Pre deceased by brother Ralph Cawker, Toronto. Art will be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Art was pre deceased by his parents Sam and Mabel (Armstrong) Cawker of Nestleton, Ont.

Art enjoyed 32 years with CP Rail Investigations in his several posts throughout Northern Ontario. He retired as Acting Inspector in Sudbury.

Art's family will receive family and friends at Comstock Funeral Home, 356 Rubidge Street, Peterborough on Tuesday, May 17, 2016. Visitation is 10-12, Celebration of Life to follow in the chapel. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to “SickKids Foundation in support of the Graham Clarke Memorial Fund," or the Parkinson's Society Canada.
