I thought I would give a short speech for the Welsh Family even though we just met awhile back. I wish I could of met your sister, Marisa, Im so sorry these years have been so tough,It never gets easier but with friends and family make it more bearable,I can see Carly now just smiling down upon all of you and protecting you all,  Please accept this condolensce from the Mosco family to The Welsh Family Adam,Tara,Marisa,Bill,Anita,Allie,I'll always honour your late Daughter/Sister, Big Hugs to you and I miss you Carly even though we didnt meet personally, wish I was able to be introduced to you by your sister Marisa ,I have wondered what you would have thought of me,May you always be in thier hearts and mine ❤

my sister, my friend, my twin, my other half... the list goes on of what u are to me!.. i now have to add fairie!. beacuse you my dear are not an angel u are a fairie!.. i miss u more then anything else in this whole entire world!... im taking it day by day but it doesnt get eaisier and i dont think it ever will!.. u are a part of me and im glad you are.. i dont know what im going to do without u in a way u will never be gone, and im glad for that!... we still have that twin conection and i hope i NEVER EVER lose that feeling...

carly welsh was my bestfriend and my sister! i miss you with all of my heart and soul but you will always be with me. you are my gardian angel. you dont have to worry about your family we are making sure that they are getting everything that they need. i miss you dearly and i love so much!
