Passed away peacefully at PRHC after more than a decade of health challenges at the age of 64. Loving husband of Penny White. Son of Exelda and the late Cecil Sr. Loving and devoted father to his 3 sons, Eric (Sarah), Riley (Meaghan), and Adam (Liz). Cherished Papa to Gracie (step), Athena, and Atlas. Brother of Eleanor, Eric (Joanne), Elaine, Lorraine (Barry), and Donna. Cecil will also be remembered by all his nieces, nephews, and many friends.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday May 28th from 4-6pm at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 43 (471 Simcoe Street South in Oshawa ON).
