Passed away at PRHC on Sunday July 22, 2018 at the age of 74. Survived by his wife Margaret Parsons (nee Marois) of 51 years. Father of Ginger (Randy), and Chad (Sue). Grandfather of Zach, Jeremy, Brandi, Riley, Zaria, Malachi, Bain, and Sable. In memory of Charles, a parting message has been expressed to spend time with family.
