COWELL, Dale Ralph Wilson - Of Peterborough, passed away peacefully with his family by his side at Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Tuesday, December 6th, 2016 at the age of 50. Son of the late Cecil and Margaret Cowell, cherished loving and devoted father to Emily Cowell of Peterborough, loving dear friend of Sharon Hawkins of Peterborough and step father to Adam and Mitchell Hawkins of Kingston. Dale will also be lovingly remembered by his brothers Dennis and Ron, and his sisters Robin, Sandra and Wendy, as well as his many nieces, nephews and friends notably, Warren Winter, Correy Coulombe and Jay Grosman. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Dale’s life will be held from 1pm to 5pm at 347 Burnham St, Peterborough, (Lions Club Community Centre) on Friday, December 16th.
