WARNER, Doris Marie (nee Sifton) - Long-time employee of Knights Appleden Fruit Ltd. of Wicklow. Peacefully, at Northumberland Hills Hospital, on Sunday, October 6, 2013, in her 66th year after a brief valiant battle with cancer. Doris, beloved wife of the late Arthur Warner; loving mother of Andrew (Jannet), Brenda (Gary Stevenson), Christopher (Mary-Jane), David (Martha), Virginia (the late Terry Stevenson); grandmother of 9 grandchildren. Doris will also be sadly missed by all her brothers and sisters-in-law of the Warner family and by her co-workers. Cremation has taken place and a family graveside service will be held in Fairview Cemetery at a later date. Friends and family are invited to a celebration of life to be held at the Keeler Centre in Colborne, Saturday, October 12th from 2 - 4 p.m. The family wishes to thank Dr. Moorson and staff of the palliative care unit at Northumberland Hills Hospital for all their kindness and special care given to Doris during her stay.
