HAYES, Dorothy “Berniece” – Passed away peacefully, with dignity and grace on Friday November 22, 2013. Beloved wife of the late Robert Ford Hayes. Dear mother of Doug Hayes (Donna). Amazing grandmother of Brad and Carly Hayes. Loving step-mother of Diane McArthur (late Gary) and their children Mark (Colleen) and sons, Lori Segriff (Pat) and their son. Sister of Elsie Bishop (Ivan), Jean Baker (Allan), and the late Fern Watts (Orval), Isabel Ferguson (Bert), Orville Clements. Berniece will be lovingly remembered by Lynn Clements, many nieces, nephews and cherished friends. Family and friends will be received at the COMSTOCK FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street on Sunday November 24th from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and on Monday November 25th from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. The service will be held in the chapel on Monday at 1:00 pm. Interment at Emily Presbyterian Cemetery, Mount Pleasant.
