Dorothy Sarah Ann Tully Lillico

LILLICO, Dorothy (nee: Tully) – Passed away at her home, Royal Gardens, with her family close by on March 31, 2011 in her 98th year. Beloved soul-mate of Court who passed away in 1990, after 49 years of marriage. Loving mother of Edith Storey and her husband David, Shirley Mitchell and her husband Doug, John and his wife Lynn, and Barb Edwards. Cherished Grandma of Brenda (Bruce), Kevin (Karen), Julie (Tim), Mark (Tanya), Kathy (Karl), Tracy, Rhonda (Joe), Craig (Heather), Paula (Andy), and Trisha (Aaron). Proud Great-Grandmother of 17 children (soon to be 18!). Predeceased by her parents Valentine and Violet Tully and her brothers Milton, Ralph (predeceased by wife Mabel) and Sam (survived by wife Margaret). Will be sadly missed by her dear cousin and good friend Flora Dominick and by friends and staff at Royal Gardens. Dorothy lived her entire life in the Peterborough area, raising her family at the Lillico Homestead where she and her husband had a dairy farm. Visitation will be held at COMSTOCK FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street on Monday, April 4, 2011 from 2:00pm -4:00pm and 7:00pm-9:00pm. A funeral will be held at ST. PAUL’S PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, at the corner of Murray and Water Streets on Tuesday, April 5th at 1:00 pm. Interment to follow at Little Lake Cemetery.
