On July 17, 2020, Surrounded by some of the most amazing nurses at Peterborough Hospice, Erin, 62 years old passed peacefully losing her long horrific battle to diabetes. Erin leaves behind the love of her life, Michel Caron, Sons, Matthew (Randi), Zachary (Aisha), her Grandbabies, Brayden (12), Ryleigh (4) and her fur babies Lexie and Ella. Survived by her Brothers, Sean Murphy, Robert Murphy and family. Her biggest achievement in life was her family. Erin will always be remembered for her inspiration, humor, charm and amazing baking. (Chocolate chip cookies will never be the same.) Erin will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends. She was a proud member of the Cambellford Lions Club, a special Thank you to The Lions Club and all of the Cambellford Community.
