Passed away peacefully at Rubidge Retirement Residence on October 25, 2014 in her 99th year. Cherished Mom of Douglas Fulton and his wife Helen of Buckhorn. Frances is predeceased by her parents Edmund Wand and Fanny Downsby, her beloved husband Gerald Edward (Nov. 1992), her siblings Edmund Francis Wand and Edwin Wand and his wife Muriel and her life- long good friends Joyce Alexander. She will be sadly missed by her Nephew Edwin R. Wand and his wife Ruth of St. Catharines, her Nieces Suzanne Faulkner of Kingston and Patricia Quinn of Sharon and her dear friend Norma Hayes.
