George Patrick Collins

Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, at Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Monday, May 15, 2017 in his 91st year. Beloved husband of the late Eileen Holland (March 29, 2017) for 61 years. Loving father of Marlene, Joe (Robin), Luanne Roy (Bob) and Donna Field (Craig). Cherished grandfather of Alyssa (Jon), Austin, Brady, Kyle, Connor, Ryan and Jordan. Great grandfather to Riley. Predeceased by his parents William Collins and Loretta Cadigan , sister Mary O’Neill and brothers Michael and John Collins. Visitation will be held at the Comstock-Kaye Life Celebration Centre, 356 Rubidge Street on Wednesday May 17th, from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Alphonsus Liguori Catholic Church, 1066 Western Avenue on Thursday May 18th, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Interment St. Martin’s Cemetery, Ennismore.
