George retired Dairy Farmer in Otonabee Township, (Stewart Hall) Past President of Peterborough County Milk Committee, Director of Peterborough County Holstein Association and Director of Peterborough County Soil and Crop Association. George beloved husband of Shirley and the late Shirley Beer. Dear father of Don (Fran), Karen (Cliff Saulnier) and David (Janet Burkhardt). Cherished Grampa of Dana, Cody, Lee, Judith, Carolyn, Ian and Eric and Great Grampa to Xaviera, Victoria, Darcy, Olivia, Zaryn and Nathan. Dear brother of Audrey Gray and predeceased by siblings Noreen Vivash, and Neil Oliver. Predeceased by parents Elmer and Nell Oliver. A visitation will be held at Ashburnham Chapel, 840 Armour Road on Friday, May 8 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m with a service in the Chapel at 1 p.m. Reception to follow.
