At the too-young age of 35, Greg Conley died of ALS at home on November 26, 2025. He is survived by his parents Shelley Marchand and Jim Conley, his brother Patrick of Victoria BC, and his aunt Laureen Marchand.
We will so miss Greg's wonderful, charming smile, his sense of humour and quick wit, and his amazing intelligence.
We are grateful for the care Greg received from the staff at the Sunnybrook ALS Clinic and at the PRHC Palliative Care unit. Special thanks to Greg's barber, Adam Murray, his physicians Dr Kathleen Barnard-Thompson, Dr Alison Morelli, and Dr Mike Bonares, homecare nurse Roxanne, OT Andrew Bertrim, and dietitian Gail Leblanc.
The support and kindness of friends, acquaintances, and strangers during three difficult years has been heartening.
