At the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Thursday November 27, 2025 in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of William (Bill) Norman. Loving mother of Lori Norman and Jeffrey Norman (Lisa and daughter Noelle). Dear Nanny of Hailey (Shawn) and Abigail Norman (James). Sister of Warren Bussey (Jackie), Herman Bussey (June) and Rex (Janice).
Ina shared a love with her husband Bill that was Disney UP transcendent for over 58 years. She loved not only her own family she created with Bill, but also her extended family showing the love through gatherings from Christmas dinners to New Years Eve parties where friends and family alike created memories never to be forgotten.
Ina loved reading, camping, travel (Disney Florida) the outdoors, dancing, music and cheering on her favourite teams; the Blue Jays and the Leafs. In her later years you’d find her watching game shows from Family Feud to Wheel of Fortune.
But most of all Ina was very proud of being a working class mother and did for 38 years with Bank of Nova Scotia.
A Private family service will be held at the Ashburnham Funeral Home, 840 Armour Road, Peterborough. A public Celebration of Ina’s Life will be held in the spring. In memory of Ina, if desired, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
Rest in peace and one day we’ll all see each other again…
