The Bucks

We were so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. Our deepest sympathy Linda and Family..

Dale and family, I was so sorry to hear (to late to attend) about Jim’s death.  It has been many years since if saw or spoke with Jim or  you either Dale.  This brought back a lot of fond memories of lily lake school and later Crestwood.  In my mind we are all back there sometimes.  Hope you all are able to get to your new normal without Jim soon. I have many fond memories of my visits to Peterborough growing up.  It was always fun, and my cousin Jim, who I called "Uncle Jim," was a major part of the experience.  I remember the nicknames he would give everyone, going to ball games, the frogging, farm adventures, and his moose burgers.  He was a character!  He had a "rough, tough exterior," a sarcastic sense of humor, with a big heart!  He always made time for me and my brother, Craig. It was the highlight of the summer for us!


My Condolence to the Booth Family  of the passing of  Jim . 
As a young child I used to go to their farm out on HWY 28 by Fowler"s Corners with my Mom & Dad and always had fun playing 
with Jim & Dale in the barn & playing around yard I had a nick name for the boys Chip & Dale  we used to get a Christmas tree from the farm every year too , my dad  Joe worked with their dad Roy @ the CGE in Peterborough for many years there till my day retired in 1983  the last time I talked to their Mon Joyce was when my Dad passed away in 1989  , I remember Jim working for Coca cola & when the houses were built on the corner of the farm on Park Hill Road . I hooked up with Dale years ago  when he worked at the Clearing House in Lindsay when I was buying a bed in there . those were great memories knowing the family,  Now  Jim will be back with his Mom & Dad up above looking down on family & friends for ever R.I.P Jim till we meet again my friend .  To Dale and Jim’s Family I extend my sincere condolences. 
I knew the Booth brothers during our days together at Crestwood Secondary School in it’s early years. Jim was a leader. He had a very competitive spirit. In fact he could better be described as a warrior when the going got tough. He was so determined to win. He lead by example. No player worked harder, practiced harder, encouraged others harder, played harder or wanted to win more than Jim Booth. Please know that he will be remembered fondly and respectfully by many.
