O’HARA, John (Jack) Edward Leo (Retired RCMP Staff Sargeant, 27 years service and Sir Sanford Fleming College Law and Security Teaching Master) – Peacefully with all his family at his side at Peterborough Regional Health Centre on April 8, 2009 in his 76th year. Beloved husband of Jeanette (nee Laut) and the late Frances (nee Maller). Loving father of Shanna O'Hara, Mike O’Hara, Pat O’Hara and his wife Sherri, and Kelly Howcroft and her husband John. Step-father of Bill Laut and his wife Dolly, Andy Laut and his wife Marianne and Robert Laut. Dear Grandpa of Ginger Jenner and her husband Jason, Charlene, Paul, Christopher, Melanie, Tyler, Zachary, Thomas, Sarah and Nicholas. Proud great-grandfather of Austin, Emma and Preston. Dear brother of Frank O’Hara and his wife Marion, Gerry O’Hara and his wife Margaret, Susan Balan and her husband Tony Bevaart and the late Brian O’Hara (survived by his wife Delores).
