The day after a wicked party to celebrate his life, which he was able to attend, Kevin Ernest Hancock passed away on June 18, 2023 in his 68th year surrounded by family and those he loved dearest. He is predeceased by his parents, Lloyd and Betty Hancock. He is survived by his wife, Angela (Bell) Hancock, his sister Karen (Butch) Buzzie, his children, Jimmy, John (Jenn), and Jenna (Justin), and his grandchildren, Emma, Carter and Kristina. Let us not forget he was the proud dad of his faithful pets Annie, Piper, Merlin and Nellie.
Kevin was a devoted employee of General Electric in Peterborough for 40 years. An avid hunter, Kevin enjoyed many years of hunting with his wife, his closest friends, sons and grandson. If not hunting, Kevin could be found tending to the garden and beautiful pond in his backyard. The Koi fish brought many smiles to those who watched them.
We would like to thank all of Kevin’s care team in both Toronto and Peterborough. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the PRHC or Peterborough Humane Society would be greatly appreciated.
