

Peacefully, at Huntsville Memorial Hospital, on Thursday, September 30, 2010 in her 96th year. Lillian was the beloved wife of the late Hugh Wilbert Morrison for 64 years. Dear mother of Carol MacKillican (Bill ), Linda Stimers (Bruce), and the late Don (surviving wife Marny). Loving Grandmother of Lynn ( Brian) Campbell, Jeff ( Stephanie) MacKillican, Kathleen ( Peter) Schlemmer, Susanne Carlon ( Stefan Fournier), David Morrison ( Melanie Gaudun), Steven Morrison, Craig Morrison ( Amie Hall). Loving Step-Grandmother To Rob (Illana) Stimers, Karen Claxton. Loving Great Grandmother to Rachael, Janene, & Jackie Campbell, Annie & Lily MacKillican, Cadence Fournier, and Kacey Morrison. Step Great Grandmother to Daniel & Natalie Stimers, Gage, Brianna & Nicky Claxton. Loving sister of Margaret Dyer, Fred Mason (wife Bernice), Anita Vink, the late Ralph Mason and Allen Mason (surviving wife Mary). Sister- in-law of Aubrey Morrison, and the late Phyllis Hamblin. ‘Aunt Lil’ to many nieces and nephews. Lillian will be remembered by many friends and neighbours in Peterborough and Huntsville. Lillian was a past member of St. Luke’s Anglican Church, where she was active in Women's Auxiliary. She enjoyed Supply Teaching with The Peterborough Board of Education. She was President of The Home & School Association at King George School. She enjoyed oil painting as a hobby. She and Hugh travelled many parts of the World. A celebration of Lillian’s life will be held at the COMSTOCK FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street, on Saturday, October 16th at 2 pm with visiting and reception to follow.
