FLEGUEL, Lloyd E. (Retired, long-time employee of Ministry of Natural Resources and Founder of Palmer Rapids Blue Grass Music Festival) – Passed away peacefully with his wife by his side at Riverview Manor on June 28, 2013 in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of Joyce Minielly for 26 years. Loving father of Christopher, Bob and his wife Erin, David, Jennifer McKibbon and her husband Gary, Nancy Wehlau and her husband Bruce, Rosemary Fleguel and her partner Laura Conrad, Tim and the late Jack (survived by his wife Caroline). Grandfather of 17 grandchildren and great grandfather of 12 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Ruth and her husband Edwin, Morley and his wife Judith, Mason and his wife Sharon, Mariam and her partner Don, Manson and his wife Judy and the late Minerva. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 3, 2013 from 7-9 p.m. at the COMSTOCK FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, July 4, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at TRINITY UNITED CHURCH, 360 Reid St., Peterborough with visitation at the church one hour prior to the service.
