Former Post-Mistress of Woodview Post Office. Peacefully, at Peterborough Regional Health Centre, on Sunday, February 26, 2012, in her 98th year. Mabel was the beloved wife of the late Earl Vincent Stark. Dear mother of Suzanne Wilcox (husband Michael) of Woodview. Cherished sister of Ivy Clark of Kincardine, Richard Tranter of Duncan B.C., the late George “Bill” Tranter and the late Samuel Tranter. Mabel was also loved and will be remembered by many nieces, nephews, her best friend Jean and many other friends and neighbours. A memorial service will be held at the COMSTOCK FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street, Sunday, April 22, 2012 at 3 pm.
