Margaret Violet Ackison Robinson

Peacefully at PRHC on Sunday, February 14, 2016 in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late Allan Ernest Robinson (February 12, 2009). Loving mother of Medda Burnett (the late Vince), Gala Robinson, Eleanor Laugier (Basil), Lorraine Brown (Rob) and the late Keith Robinson. Proud Gramma of Nathan, Rachel, Joshua, Adam, Luke, Jessica, Sarah, Jared and Matthew. She was predeceased by her parents Archibald and Jessie (née Swinton) Ackison and her siblings: Donald, William & his wife Alice and Frank and his wife Davina. She was a sister-in-law of Marie Ackison and Sarah (Sadie) Johnston. She will be sadly missed by her cousins, many nieces, nephews and their families. She was the founder and owner of Margaret’s Bake Shop and Margaret’s Craft Shop. Visitation will be held from 2-4 & 7-9 pm on Thursday at KAYE FUNERAL HOME ‘MEMORIAL CHAPEL’, 539 George Street North, 705-745-7889. A memorial service will take place at 1:00 pm on Friday, February 19, 2016 at ST. MARK’S ANGLICAN CHAPEL, OTONABEE, (2298 Base Line & (Old) Keene Road).
