Beloved husband and best friend for 60 years of Mary (nee Overend). Dear father of Chris (Deb), Maureen Whiteside, David (Sandra) and the late Mary Anne. Proud grandfather of Wes & Jeff Whiteside, and Luke, Katie & Robby O’Brien. Brother of Mary, John, Kath, Paul, Tom and the late Bill & Jim and all their families. Close friend and relative of Anne and John Schaffter and family. He will be sadly missed by his extended family and many friends. Michael was a very active civic and church leader for many years.
