Nancy Lee Thomas Thomas

September 3, 1952 - January 10th, 2025

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the peaceful passing of Nancy Lee Thomas, a woman of strength, courage and endless love for family and friends. Her love and appreciation for her extended family at Karis Disability Services was remarkable. Nancy would often be seen singing and laughing and enjoying the wonderful care and support they provided her throughout many years.

Despite her challenges, Nancy embraced life with grace and resilience. Nancy was predeceased by father Charles (Chuck) Thomas and mother Doris Penno, nee Kellow. She was a loving sister to Richard (Sharon), Randy (Kathy) and Don (Jane), and a loving aunt to Brittany, Dylan, Tyler, Danielle, Stephanie, Jennifer, Katelyn, Lauren, Andrew, and Rebecca.

The funeral service to celebrate Nancy’s wonderful life will be held on Sunday, January 26th, 2025 at Ashburnham Funeral Home and Reception Centre, 840 Armour Road, Peterborough, Ontario. Visitation will begin at 2:00 pm with the service following at 3:00 pm. Family and friends are invited to gather to share memories, offer condolences, and find solace in each other's company as they bid farewell to a remarkable woman.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Karis Disability Services.
