Phil had many great years with loving wife Karen Kretchman and cherished daughters; Gillian and Charlotte. The family was so fortunate to be in such close proximity to their Grandparents, other relatives and friends. In life we all need a combination of good luck and good management. If we are able to attain both then success in both personal life and business should be attainable. As per Phil's wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or funeral service. In lieu of flowers or traditional charities Phil would have been deeply grateful if people would help with a cause just beginning to form. This is to create a program for developmentally disabled adults.
