He is survived by his two daughters, Victoria Winter, Ashley Logan (Joe Logan), his grandson, Finn Logan, his mother, Wendy Labonte, and his former wife and dear friend Crystal Winter.
Richard is preceded in death by his brother, Kenneth Griffith.
Richard will be missed dearly by family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Peterborough Community Lions Centre, 347 Burnham Street, Peterborough, Ontario, K9H 1T5 on Monday, September 25 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers donations to Kawartha Food Share would be greatly appreciated.
