Browne, Robert James 1949-2013
Our beloved Robert died peacefully on Thursday, October 10 in the steadfast comfort of his family, at the age of 64. Bob, dearly beloved husband to Lynne, his wife of 36 years and an amazing father and mentor to his children, Jessica & Ryan. Bob was a loyal brother to Tom & Dan Browne. He was an irreplaceable uncle to Michelle, Katie, John, Julia, David, Erica, Connor, Scott and Alysha. He was a hard working and dedicated man who lived his life to the fullest. He was principled and selfless, always putting the interests of others ahead of his own. Bob will be greatly missed by his family and friends. A memorial funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Anne's Parish Church, 859 Barnardo Ave, on Thursday, October 17th at 1 pm. Reception to follow at Community Alternative Ashburnham Chapel, 840 Armour Rd. If desired, donations can be made to the Kawartha Land Trust in his honour at www.kawarthalandtrust.org.
