Peacefully surrounded by family on Friday November 20, 2015, at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre, Palliative Care, in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of 43 years of the late Patricia. Loving partner and best friend of Fae Murney. Dear father of Fay Gemmiti (late Mario), Monty Keast (Shari), Bobby Keast (Tanya). Greatest grandfather of Courtney and Olivia, Ashley, Brieana, Taya, Emy. Will be remembered by Michelle Bozec (Joe), Steve Gemmiti. Great grandfather of Matthew and Benjamin. Brother of Clara Muro (John), Peter Keast (Jane) and the late Margaret Howard (late Lorne) and the late Bobby Keast. Special uncle of Mike, David, Mark, Blaine, Tracy. Ron Keast was retired from the Quaker Oats, was a dedicated volunteer within the Peterborough Sports Community and will be remembered for his passion as an Executive and Volunteer with the Peterborough Lakers. Friends will be received at the COMSTOCK FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm on Thursday November 26, 2015. A Celebration of Life will be held at the EVINRUDE CENTRE 911 Monaghan Road at 2:00 pm Friday November 27, 2015.
