Ruth Warriner

WARRINER, Ruth (nee Loft) Passed away at St. Joseph’s at Fleming, Peterborough with her family by her side on November 29, 2011 in her 87th year. Longtime employee at Crestwood Secondary School (Cafeteria). Loved wife of the late Eugene Warriner (2003). Sadly missed and always remembered by her son Gary and his wife Eileen of Peterborough. Cherished grandmother of Mark (Melanie), Steve, Greg (Julie). Great Grandmother of Amanda, Joshua and Ethan. Predeceased by daughter Lynn and son Mark. Also predeceased by her parents Catherine and Rev. Frank Loft. Brothers Henry, Bill, Ted, Floyd and sister Lillian Blackshaw. Ruth will also be missed by her nieces Fran Heatherington and Leilani (Ron) Jamieson. A special Thank You to the staff at St. Joseph’s at Fleming for their kind and compassionate care. A memorial service will be held at COMSTOCK FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 5th, with visitation from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Reception to follow.
