Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on May 25, 2016 in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late John Pilling. Loving mother of four daughters, Betty Ann (Mickey), Sherry (Clyde), Laurie (Leonard deceased)(Cyril) and June (Ken). Sadly missed by her grandchildren Greg (Anthea), Kristy (Jesse) and Kevin (Faira) and great-grandsons Owen, Rylan and also Jordy who will be born in June. Shirley dedicated her life to her family, her friends and the things she loved to do. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Special thanks to Dr. Grieve and her Fairhaven Family for the care and compassion given to Mom. Visitation will be held at the Comstock Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 356 Rubidge Street on Monday May 30 at noon, followed by a Funeral Service at 1:00 pm. Internment Little Lake Cemetery.
