Thelma Reid

Went to rest peacefully with her Lord with her family by her side at Riverview Manor on December 9, 2016 in her 93rd year. Wife of the late James (Sonny) 1989. Loving mother of Wayne Minnett (Isabell) of Englehart, Ontario, Gail (Ken Montgomery), Sharon (Laurie Foster), Gerry (Dale), Jackie (Doug Middleton) of Belleville, Ontario, Darrell and Brian ‘Yogi”. Predeceased by sons Gary (2005) and Fred (2009). Proud grandmother of 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Don Mitchell of Omemee, Ontario. Predeceased by her parents Walter and Della; and siblings Garnett, Bill, Marie Foottit, Bob and Josie Sibley. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

The family will receive relatives and friends at COMSTOCK-KAYE LIFE CELEBRATION CENTRE, 356 Rubidge Street, on Monday, December 12, 2016 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at the SALVATION ARMY TEMPLE, 219 Simcoe St at 11am, with visitation from 10 -11 am.
