Young, Theresa Mary (nee: Saunders) - Peacefully at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Thursday, December 11, 2008 with her husband by her side, in her 51st year. Loving wife of Grant and devoted mother of James, Kevin and Braden. Daughter to Jim & Jean Saunders of Washago, Ontario. Dear sister to her 5 siblings, Stephen Saunders, Dr. Bruce Saunders, Janet Daunt, Peter Saunders and Andrea Gaspar. Theresa will be sadly missed by many family & friends. She will always be remembered for her creativity, compassion, & dedication to her family & community. She was a loving wife & mother, & a talented artist. She had a passion for life and fought tirelessly for just causes. Friends may call at COMMUNITY ALTERNATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 83 Hunter Street West, Peterborough, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Sunday, December 14th. Funeral Mass to be held at the Cathedral of St. Peter-in-Chains, 411 Reid Street (at Hunter Street) on Monday at 2 p.m. Cremation to follow.
