DOWE, Thomas Osylen - Passed away peacefully at home at the age of 81 surrounded by loved ones. Beloved husband of Deanna Mae Blanche Dow (nee Mills). Loving father of Terri Mountenay (Robert), Laurie Solomon (Greg), Christina Dow (Dave), Tom Dow (Colleen) and Reese Dow. Dear grandfather of Ryan (Barb), Kyle (Kyllie), Joshua, Jessica (Sara), Kate (Dave), Mykal (Rob), Travis (Jocelyn), Liam, Molly, Brogan, Tessa and great grandfather of Sebastian, Aurora, Hayley, Bryar and Theodore. Brother of Bayna Keating (Richard), Shelley (Rod), Mike (Sue), Marlene (Frank), Anne (Ed), Joan (Jeff), John (Faye). Predeceased by his parents, sisters Maxine and Delores, brother Jim and cousin St Clair. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday April 29th from 1 – 4 at the Fleming College Steele Centre, 599 Brealey Drive Peterborough. Donations to the Ontario Cerebral Palsy Association, the Canadian Legion or a charity of your choice would also be greatly appreciated by the family.
