I think about him everyday. He was more than a teacher to me. He was a friend. A mentor. Someone i could always depend on. Never judged and always wanted what was best for me. We spent hours together talking about life. I often live life as if hes looking over me. Everytime i accomplish something i close my eyes and say "i hope your proud"

Dear Monica and family,  My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. Your special memeories of Tim will be forever with you. They will help you cope and get through this time of grief. Tim's life and memories can be cherished forever. I remember the days of going over to the Gillen household in my younger years.  The house was always buzzing with family and friends. I remember Tim's long hair and his great smile. Tim was always a gentleman. He will be missed.

So terribly sad to hear of Tim's passing. He will always hold a special place in my heart.

Tim was an old school mate and comrade in the downtown days. His family may not remember me, but I well remember Tim and his sisters, Norma and Linda. My condolences. My memories of Tim still burn brightly when I think of his laugh, wit, clothes, hair and friendliness. Unfortunately, like so many others, we lost touch, but he touched me and I will have his memories until I can no longer remember.

I had the pleasure of working with Tim when teaching at the Centre for Individual Studies in both Campbellford and Peterborough.  I always enjoyed chatting with him and laughing. There was a lot of laughing !
I remember a female manequin sitting in his car (planted there by a fellow colleague) and Tim's reaction from a window in the school ...looking out at this puzzling sight. It was priceless!
Tim was intelligent and also shared great insights, especially regarding Native Studies and his beliefs around various issues. I remember him being loving and compassionate with his friends and the students he taught.  I knew that Tim suffered with his illness these last few years.  I am glad he is at peace now. Tim will always be rembered very positively by myself and the staff who had the privledge to work with him.  Sending condolences to Tim's wife and family...

Tim was always a friendly and helpful colleague.  He unfailingly saw and took the light-hearted side of life with a delightful shrug and a huge grin.  He will be missed.

I'm sorry I never got to thank you for the joy I saw in Leesa's eyes each time you would enter the room...or for the way you would always make me laugh, half the time not knowing if you were telling me a joke or being absolutely serious...or for your own laugh, that I can still hear quite clearly, which always put people at ease. For me, I believe you are now sharing your humor (and most surely a beer) with my mom, Aunt Jean and Aunt Donna...and some day we will meet again.
