Werner Richard Günther Hübner (January 21st, 1926 – July 18th, 2019).
Werner passed away peacefully in his sleep on July 18, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. Werner was beloved husband of Ursula for over 42 years, father of Joëlle (Don), Gaëtane (Collin), Annette (Steve), Chris (Cheryl) and Nicole. He was Opa to Cameron (Tracey) & Scott Mclean, Nadine Hughes, Matthew, Jennifer (Jason) & Joshua Hartwig, Cameron, Kirsten & Kyle Duetsch, and Jonathan, Nicholas & Elyse Anderson. Werner was Great Opa to Lochlin & Ethan Mclean, Taya & Malia Joseph, Brian Onyx Steenburg, and Arabella Hartwig.
A funeral service will be held at the ASHBURNHAM FUNERAL HOME, 840 Armour Road, Peterborough on Wednesday, July 24th at11:00 a.m. with a reception to follow. Internment ceremony will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. at Little Lake Cemetery.
