Passed peacefully at Princess Gardens, Peterborough, on Monday, June 11, 2018, in his 84th year. Beloved husband of the late Lois (nee: Hennessy) for 58 years. Loving father of Gerry (Tracy), Jim (Betty), Tom (Katherine), Carol Bolton (Mark), and Glenn (Joan). Dear Grandpa of Jonathan (Becca), Jenna Lloyd (Johnathon), Matt, Adam, Christopher, Amanda, Sarah, Amy, Anna, Shanda (Erin) Chambo, and Brandon Dimmer (Sheena Trollope). Proud great grandfather of nine. Son of the late Lorne & Mabel McKee. Brother of Gwen (Bill) Dixon, and the late Shirley (Craig) Eason, and Phyllis (Jack) Lazure. Fred will be remembered by many other relatives and friends. Fred enjoyed his many years on the dairy farm working side by side with his family. Visiting will be held at the ASHBURNHAM FUNERAL HOME, 840 Armour Road, on Friday, June 15th from 7 – 9 p.m. Afuneral service will be heldin the chapelon Saturday June 16th, 2018 at 11am.Interment Lakefield Cemetery.
