Dear Mollie, Andrea and Wendy, I am so sorry to hear of Bill's passing.I first met Bill in 1966 when I moved to Canada and worked alongside Bill in the Reactor Physics group at Canadian General Electric in Peterborough. I did not stay long at CGE, but a few years later I had the pleasure and fortune to meet Bill again at Ontario Hydro and, indeed, worked for many years under Bill. Margrit, my family and I have so many happy memories of departmental picnics at the Penn's family farm in Pontypool. Bill was such a dedicated, conscientious and hardworking individual full of integrity who set an example for all of us who worked with and for him. Rest in peace, Bill.

I am sorry to learn that Bill is no more with us.  My sincere sympathy to Mollie, Bill's daughters and their families!  Bill will be remembered by many people who knew him.
He was my big boss in Hydro for many years. By big I mean not only by his position in company's hierarchy and his stature, but by his leadership, understanding, support, mentoring  I remember him from meetings, conferences, analysis reviews, as well documents revisions as a result of his comments after reading our write-ups on the train, at night or early mornings, but always in short time. He taught us and made us do things right. His great contribution to Hydro and nuclear power community will always be appreciated.  Thank you, Bill! 
And not to forget his hospitality and his family's welcome at company's picnics at his home in Pontypool.  A special treat for so many of us!  Thank you for nice memories!

Dear Mollie and family, We are sorry to hear that Bill has left us.  We were neighbors to the south 20 years ago and enjoyed your hospitality a few times, and Bill's lamb, and our good times in OH.  With our best wishes, Fran, Vern and Gord Austman.

Dear Mollie, Andrea and Wendy, Charles and I are extremely sad to learn of Bill's passing.  What a kind, generous, wonderful man.
