Adam Vega, beloved husband, father, and brother, entered rest with his wife at his side on October 19, 2015 at the age of 64 years. He was born to Castulo and Semplicia Vega on July 11, 1951 in La Vernia, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, George Vega. He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Mary E. Vega; three sons, Adam Joseph Vega, Matthew Aaron Vega and Joshua James Vega; five sisters, Ophelia Santos and husband Paul of San Antonio, Texas, Adela Brown of Universal City, Helen Gillespie and husband Jack of Seguin, Texas, Margaret Cresap of Seguin, Texas, Martha Moore and husband Larry of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; two brothers Castulo Vega, Jr of Seguin and Eugene Vega of San Antonio, Texas; numerous cousins, nephews and nieces.
A Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday, October 24, 2015 at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home. A Chapel Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, October 25, 2015 at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow in Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Cemetery.
