Allison Hollingshead Banks

Allison Hollingshead Banks, age 34, of Round Rock, Tx., died on December 9, 2019, as a result of injuries suffered in a car accident. Allie was born May 30, 1985, in Austin, Tx. Beloved daughter of Cyndee Engel and step-father Denis Engel, father Rocky Hollingshead and wife Liz Hollingshead.

She leaves behind her 9 year old daughter, Margaret Anne Banks, who was her greatest achievement, ex-husband Russell Banks, sister Ashley Moore, step-sisters Jennifer and Allison Engel, niece Kaya Moore, and nephew Andrew Moore, former in-laws Rhonda and Steve Banks, her dear uncle Joe Hollingshead, uncle Terry Miller, and cousins Jennifer, Julie and Anna.

Allison was a gifted athlete as a soccer player, runner, and snowboard enthusiast. She graduated from Anderson High School in 2003. Allison was employed by the Travis County Appraisal District where she was considered “family,” and was known as a “rising star.”

Allison will be remembered for her kind heart, and her love of God, kids and animals. She will live on in others through her generous organ donations to multiple needy recipients through TOSA-Texas Organ Sharing Alliance.

A ceremony celebrating her life will be on Saturday, Dec. 14, 2019, at 3:00, at Cook-Walden Capital Parks Mausoleum, located at 14501 I.H.-35 North, in Pflugerville, Tx. Her former youth pastor, Joey Wilson, from her days at Riverbend Church, will conduct the service.
