Billie Lee Barron Dinsmore

Billie Lee Barron Dinsmore, 97 passed away on March 2, 2012, in Pflugerville, Texas. She was born in Stephenville, Texas on January 24, 1915 to Audie Burr Barron and Mary Frances Barham Barron. She had two brothers, Lynn and J.A. and she had two sisters, Mary and Sue. She married A.G. “Denny” Dinsmore on December 9, 1930. They had two sons, Bill and Don, and a daughter Marjorie. Billie was a member of Asbury Methodist Church since 1955. She started working at Sears in the catalog department in 1972.

She was preceded in death by her husband Denny, her two sons Bill and Don, her Mom and Dad, a granddaughter Stacey Bales and a great-granddaughter Valerie Dinsmore. Billie is survived by her daughter Marjorie Wheaton and husband Ken of Panama City, Florida, granddaughter Candance Dinsmore Trussell and husband Rick of Pflugerville, Texas, daughter-in-law Vergie Dinsmore of Mabank, Texas and daughter-in-law Jenny Bales Dinsmore of Austin, Texas, sister Mary Ingram of Austin, Texas and sister Sue Stumfoll of Llano, Texas. Billie is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and several nephews and nieces.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 6th at 6 PM - 8 PM and funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 7th at 10AM at Cook-Walden Funeral Home/ Capital Parks Cemetery, Pflugerville, Texas.
