Billy Wayne Farrel, age 87, passed away on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, in Elgin, Texas. He was born March 29th, 1938, in Weinert, Texas, to parents Ida M (Garrett) and Willie Woodrow Farrel.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Beverly Ann, and their son Christopher.
He is survived by his son David Farrel, and granddaughters Jasmine and Hannah.
A graveside service with both masonic rites and military honors from the Navy will take place on Wednesday, July 30th at 11 AM at Cook Walden Capital Parks Cemetery. For directions to the location in the cemetery, please stop by the front desk for a map.
