Brenda Eileen Lowery (84), loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, passed away in Austin, Texas, on November 27, 2018. Known for her ease of great conversation and genuine kindness, Brenda will be remembered as a fun-loving, kind and all around nice person. Brenda loved her husband of 54 years, James Lowery, who passed away in 2007, and her daughters Linda Pava, husband Eduardo and son, Eric; Janis Marcade and husband Michael; granddaughter Eileen Fuentes and husband Oscar; and great-grandchildren Hollie and Jayden. Brenda was born and raised in London, England, and stayed true to her British roots with a cup of tea and a chat ready anytime. Brenda and her mother were evacuated from the bombings of London during World War II, and she learned at an early age to always look on the bright side of life as many British people did during and after the war years. Brenda enjoyed many fun trips back to England and Europe but enjoyed living in Texas in the company of her family and friends. Love lives on through her family’s many fond memories. A private celebration is planned at a later date.
