Bryan William Ice

Bryan William Ice passed away at the age of 62 in Pflugerville, Texas on August 1, 2013. Bryan was born in Brookings, South Dakota to Lawrence and Nancy Ice on June 26, 1951. He received a BS in Mathematics from South Dakota State University, a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and was a professional engineer. He had a successful engineering career while working at TxDOT, TCB, LJA Engineering and other companies.

Bryan was athletic throughout his life playing almost all sports. Later in his life, he became especially passionate about golf and snow skiing. He also enjoyed country dancing and UT athletics.

Bryan had a very kind and loving soul. His warmth and friendship was appreciated by many and he will be missed by all who knew him.

Bryan is survived by parents Lawrence and Nancy Ice; wife Holly Ice; brothers Dwayne and wife Barb, Warren and wife Bobbi; son Jeremy and wife Tonya; stepchildren Greg Freeman and wife Joan, Christina Kramer and husband Jason; grandchildren Andrea, Lucy, and Gracyn, and nieces and nephew.
