Charles Vester Fletcher, age 50, of Round Rock, passed away on December 28, 2015. He was born on December 5, 1965 in Temple, Texas to Leo Fletcher and Lillie Beatrice Blaine. He is survived by his devoted wife, Sandra, and his beloved children and many other loving family members who will cherish his memory.
Family and friends are invited to a visitation to be held on Friday, January 1, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home in Pflugerville. A Homegoing Celebration will be held on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. in the Memorial Chapel of Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home. He will be laid to rest at Cook-Walden/Memorial Hill Cemetery.
