

Eddie was a man of strong faith and was a member of The Fellowship of Round Rock Church. He enjoyed gardening, photography, and electronics. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He worked for and retired from Continental Airlines as an agent and owned an electronics repair business.
Those left behind to cherish his memory include his wife of 61 years, Blondeen Manes Evers; son, Danny Evers and wife Nancy of Cedar Park; son, Richard Evers and wife Connie of Round Rock; grandchildren, Stephanie Edington and husband Brian of Hutto, Mark Evers and wife Melissa of Round Rock, Andrew Evers and wife Chellis of Leander, and J.D. Evers and wife Darcy of Ft. Worth; five great grandchildren; and his siblings, Harold Evers and wife Inez of Natchez, MI, Ruth Kyle of Emerson, AR, Carlos Evers of Magnolia, AR, and Pasty Greene and husband Monroe of Hot Springs AR.
Family and friends are invited to a visitation to be held on Thursday, October 9, 2014 at 9:00 a.m., with funeral services following at 10:00 a.m. at Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home in Pflugerville. He will be laid to rest at Cook-Walden/Memorial Hill Cemetery.
